While the same department of justice dropped all charges against Goldman Sacks and JP Morgan/Chase for fraud and market manipulation.
The same DOJ that was smuggling guns into Mexico so the Mexican drug cartels could use them in crimes in the US after crossing the border.
They want to go after these guy for price fixing, but, when the COO of Barclay's in conjunction with the bank of England and 200 American banks were caught rigging the LIBOR rates the DOJ is silent. BTW, rigging the LIBOR rates is price fixing.
