EU Tells MP3 Manufacturers to "Turn Down the Jam"

I say let them ruin their own hearing. And make it where no one can be sued because someone else is a class A moron.

The regulation will reduce the products' quality. From a sound engineering perspective, some songs are not recorded with as much signal strength as others. The extra headroom is absolutely needed within the design of the product to provide a quality sound.

There should be one law made. It's called the stupidity, shit happens law. If you are stupid or if shit happens you can't sue.
