The only reason Cablevision could get away with this is the same reason they can get away with ignoring customer concerns time and time again...they are a monopoly. Ad time will still be bought, because there's nowhere else to go. And you can bet that this service will be unreliable and expensive through a variety of costs passed down to home viewers. This is the Cablevision mantra
