This will mark the end of CamCrap. They have historically abused their monopoly on customers. Don't be surprised if ComCrap, out of the blue, offers a rather large discount for 12 month service.

I'd rather they upgrade their infrastructure and provide me with the service I'm paying for. Every time they install a new customer within a 1/4 mile of my house, my cable goes bad and they want me to sit at home on a work day so they can come over and verify my signal is weak.

Jesus, SOMEBODY, ANYBODY save me from Bright House here in Orlando! They are the ONLY cable provider even available in the area, and since I rent property, Dish and DirecTV are out of the question!

I am stuck with ComCrap and can't wait for AT&T, etc. for other options. My internet service is anything other than "blazing fast" as they advertise. Sadly, DSL is not available at my new place and I can't have a dish-type receiver either. I already have my cell-phone service through AT&T so would they hurry up and get here already!!!

Anybody remember after Wilma struck and ComCrap was down for weeks if not months? I had Bellsouth DSL at the time and DirecTV and NEITHER lost service. My friends who had ComCrap were charged for service they didn't get during the disruption (Act of God they said). That's crap all right!

Sounds great but what about internet? I left Bellsouth and went to Comcast because I had to pay $36.00 for my $12.99 phone service in order to have internet. So if these and other companies can bring us cable for a cheaper price AND offer us high speed internet without a wired land line for an uneeded and unwanted phone. Then welcome to Florida, cause it's about time something goes down in price!

Bellsouth/AT&T (DSL) is no bed of roses either. Hopefully they will get the cable going, becuase DSL sucks !!! If your not right on top of their service centers, you get beat.

Cables speed is dependent on how far "downstream" you are. In other words how many customers are between you and the central office. Neither technology is that great.
