Officers stress caution with new cell laws

Tuesday was the first day California drivers who talk on hand-held cell phones could be ticketed, according to two new laws.

Any use of a cell phone while driving is reckless and should be prosecuted as such. It won't be, because cops do the same thing all the time. This kills something like 2000 in the US each year.

yes it is,i saw a narc today talking away on his cell driving along above the law i dont think he will get a ticket.
