It's not the company who have the problem, it's the mobile phone that launches worldwide. Please check the upcoming phones of Motorola whether it is competitive compare to their competitors. If not, this mobile company will be going dump one's again because people all over the world knows and more educated when it comes in buying mobile phone. If motokodak phone would be in the market with wifi capable, 5MP and excellent resolution with headbanging sounds, it will be saleable and Motorola be on top one's again.........Love Moto and Long Live........

Motorola is the biggest importer of products from Asia, it is no longer a manufacturer. They let go most of the Engineers and knowledge people to hire, shoes and computer salespeople to sell telecomunnications. Now they have more lawyers than Engineers. Shame of a Company, just shame.

i think it's time they spin off the mobile division to a consumer and marketing oriented company to fight the very competitive mobile industry. Motorola structure is not set up to be market or/and market driven mentality. The engineers will always have their own prority and own mindset of what they want to develop and produce. The marketing is just a administrative afterthought. They just market what is given to them by the product engineers. Even the head are engineering-oriented. That's Motorola strenght, which is engineer/technology driven.
