Cell Phone Plan

I'm a senior on a fixed income. Can someone please tell me what the cheapest cell phone plan is. I very seldom use my phone. I currently have Verizon with 200 minutes a month that I seldom use all the minutes. I pay $37.50 a month, that's the total with all the taxes and extras.
