The city of Baltimore and its entire justice system should be ashamed that Davon Temple is not in jail. The sad part is that those officers, detectives, lawyers, etc. involved told the parents that they (the court system and spineless states attorney's) would find a way to let him go given his color and age. They were right. Baltimore is the laughing stock of this country and will continue to be with injustices like this. That cell phone evidence doesnt get any better. Davon Temple will get his one day or he will have to answer to a higher power when his life is over.

patterson park small numbers are moving to
cherry hill area in south baltimore sand town west
baltimore and east baltimore thir moving here so
they can own homes some are moving here to go
to college and to work baltimore has to be a better city get the crime down bring good paying
jobs to baltimore so people can live well i see
people from mexico more cental americans dominicans and starting to see some porto ricans
baltimore could be like a little new york city
with a chinatown little russa little dominican
if you go to park heights area you are starting to
see more cental americans mexicans dominicans most
of the area is african american and jewish but that is ok what i am trying to say is that baltimore can be a united city just like new yorkcity boston i would like to see a pro basketball team here in baltimore just like they
have in washinghton dc maybe in 3 to 4 years baltimore can get a nba basketball team here i think it would be great for the city it would bring a lot of money to the city i would like to
see sub ways go all over the city and out side of
baltimore baltimore population used to be 8.50 000
people back in the mid 70s now it has 6,40,000 people but it can bring people back if we get the
crime down bring good paying jobs to the city low
the house tax get new people in city hall baltimore could be world city but people have to
work hard to make it that way

say i work for the baltimore city police dep
i have been with them for 12 years now and i
have to say as a frican american that has been
with the police dep we did not used to have latino
gang members or gangs but sad to say we do
most of the good hard working latinos do not
sell drugs or are they in gangs they work hard as
hell to keep thir homes up send thir kids to schools yeah to latino communinty is only 7 prcent
here in baltimore city but it is growing bigger
and bigger and the sad thing is that gangs like
ms 13 cental american gang the mexican mafia 18th
street the dominican posse boys and the vato locos
are here in the city of baltimore but like i said
be fore most of are latino community are good hard working people we have latino police offices
that are porto rican and dominican they work hard
with the young latino kids in baltimore and let them know that gangs are bad thir is young latino
kids that play in youth baseball teams the latino
communty is even thinking of having thir own little base ball teams so people just have to do
better we can make baltimore a better clean city
to live in

The slaying of a dope-sick junkie, taking "a ride" into a part of town notorious for acts of violence, with full knowledge through his own experiences of where he was going and the inherent dangers is not injustice. This was not Jason Woycio's first encounter with random violence nor his first trip down route 40 to cop dope. In fact Jason Woycio was an ill tempered man with a violent nature and a history of violent crime. His history of non-violent crime showed a blatant lack of respect for people and their personal property. It is easy to paint a less than harsh picture in death, but in life Jason Woycio was not all too different than the boy who shot him. The only injustice is the children that were left behind and murdered that day, because of two parents too self involved to realize the gravity of their choices and the impact of their actions on those closest to them.
Be all of that as it may, Jennifer was hugely pregnant and running in the opposite direction. Whatever her personal demons, shooting a pregnant woman in the back is a disgusting act of cowardice.
