Nobody would ever accuse Jr of being dedicated to any kind of fitness ritual; unless of course it is bending the elbow.

More details of Dale Jr's fitness program:
Whining - burns a few calories (and keeps sinuses clear).
Avoiding accountability for his bad performance - Resistance training (and resisting maturity).
Making up excuses - Removes toxins with regularity (lots of bullcrap).
Laziness - Relaxing (much like meditation).
Lame interviews - stretches muscles (and the truth).

A mans has to eat. You try being on the road all year and see how well you eat. He has no time to work out or cook healthy. I think he's lost some weight.

Not sure what your point is. From what I hear, driving at nearly 200 miles per hour for several hours is quite a workout, so Tony's career keeps him active. And eating healthy doesn't take any more time or effort than eating unhealthy does, so his diet is purely a matter of choice.
