Perhaps if the central city could be walled off and kept perpetually active with casinos and entertainment, it would lessen the effect of the criminal element. It would tend to drive them away. Trouble is, when this race concludes and everybody pulls out, the ghost town will again be scary to walk around.

Somehow a Villa on the beach in Mexico seems more appealing ?

Ps
Let the governor know this !

So far everybody is having a cool time. Zero morbidity reigns. Keep it that way and tomorrow will be a big boost for Detroit PR.

Prolly be a good idea for you to adopt some inner city yuts. Take em out fishing on Belleville Lake. Then head back to the city for a cross cultural exchange. Walk to the local barber shop and get cut(hair only). Don't expect em to throw a Playboy at you though. Too many white models there. Smoke a little while waiting and contemplating your new look. Pack up the yuts and head for Steve's Soul Food. You still have time to get home before dark.
