The U.S. tax payer is now the bail bondsman for corporate America when they do wrong. Let's see that same caring for U.S. small businessmen and people losing their jobs and retirement.

Where was the U.S. government when all the Bethlehem workers lost their pensions?

I know a friend in Buffalo who is 78 and working every day because he didn't get a bail out when his pension was lost to corporate bankruptcy.

Deregulation of protections on financial institutions and the people of the U.S. and the promotion of gambling has led towards building misery in our country and in Canada.

Spend, spend, spend on the credit card. Go to the casino every day. Drill, drill, drill for oil. This is not change for the better.

[Shame on you channel 4, for pulling in a Canadian citizen with a gambeling problem to stir up more negative reactions regarding the Buffalo Gambling issues. If their is FREEDOM OF SPEECH, then their should be FREEDOM TO DO WHAT YOU WANT ON YOUR LAND!!!! Think about this; you can voice your opinion anywhere, and people will view this opinion, usually having no choice because its voiced publicly.(GVMT TV COMMERCIALS RING A BELL?) But building a multi-million dollar casino/hotel/fountain/walkways on your own property is being dragged through the mud because people might choose to go there, instead of local businesses. PEOPLE CHOOSE THERE OWN FATE!! If they choose to go into a casino & gamble it is their choice people!!!!! Just like its their choice if they want to work for a living, or let the GVMT take care of all their bills,(hey thats legal) why don't we focus on more important issues.
