..... I suggest that in addition to the usual job-hunting sources you look up the relevant available statistics in the media and elsewhere. Manufacturers will not need more people if they will not be able to sell more. But if a car is "hot" and more people keep buying it, then the manufacturers of that item will possibly expand their operation, including hiring (many?) more people. Also new models may possibly lead to expansion. Good luck!
..... Expect that, in hiring, people will be given priority if they already have Canadian experience in doing whatever the available jobs need.
