..... Firms depend on there being enough buying of their goods/services. If not enough money is coming in then the firms usually have to close. Then a post-mortem/inquest may be held to find out why people were not buying enough there, and maybe they learn from that, and start up another firm somewhere else, with a different name and, maybe, different smells.
