RE: How can I get rid of my acne?
..... SEE, for example,
..... good luck, I'm not sure, but I seem to remember reading that skin disorders of adolescents are normal results of the growing up process, and probably your doctor could help you if OHIP pays for acne.
..... Also, if you don't want your doctor involved, or acne is not covered by OHIP, maybe your local drug store pharmacist could help you, and sell you some remedies that may or may not work for you, depending on the type of acne that you have.

It's nothing about it just age. If u pass the certain age like 25, it wont be on and off so many times just like my own experience. BTW, if u sweat a lot, it might help to remove the toxicant out of your body and also keep your poles open.

The clue is diet. Eat a natural healthy diet and reduce fat intake. No transfats. ZInc helps. Physical exercise. Try homeopathy, its VERY effective for many problems. There's a number for a homepath at the company Boiron, the largest manufacturer of homeopathic remedies. It's also very inexpensive.

Try the skincare soap at ,it is excellant for cleansing, but also has no irritants. It does contain a small amount of sodium silicate which moisturizes and stops further ingress of harmful substances.
They do a pack of four soaps which is over a months worth in normal use for about £14,i think?
We also using it for bathing and cleaning hair and it still lasts over a month-not bad!
good luck

Washing your face more than 3 or 4 times a day is not going to help you, although Sebum can be the main issue when it comes to acne, it actually protects your skin. Too much washing can dry your skin and if you keep removing the sebum protection it can irritate your Acne and make it worse. All you need to do is reduce the causes of your acne and use a solution for your skin type.

Acne can be removed easily but it needs good care.

1. stop using soap
2. prevent dust
3. take lots of water
4. wash your face 4-5 times a day

I have a home remedy posted in my website
that really is effective with not scars or dry skin.
The most you have to do is mix the remedy yourself.
It a sulfur based remedy that includes tar(pitch)olive oil, beeswax,
and sulfur. These ingredients work very well when combined together and
they are natural. You may spent around $20 bucks but you will have a lot.

1. drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
2. eat 4-5 servings of fruit and vegetables daily.
3. stop eating junk food.
4. stop drinking coffee, alcohol, and quit smoking if you do any of those things.
acne is caused by build-up of toxins in the body to get rid of toxins you must consume lots of fresh water every day. coffee and cigs are stimulants which can stimulate growth of your skin glands and worsen your acne. anything that is bad for health can often be bad for your skin too!

Create a Natural Face Mask

1Combine several crushed aspirins, water and honey to create a salicylic acid mask. Salicylic acid is a common way to attack acne and rid your skin of inflammation.

Mix five to several regular aspirins with only a hint of water. Be sure you fully crush the aspirin in order to achieve the full effect.
Add one teaspoon of honey, which acts an antibacterial agent. Not only will the honey kill any facial bacteria, it will also soften and moisten the skin.
Leave mask on your face for up to 15 minutes. Rinse well with warm water and pat dry with a clean towel.

2Put egg on your face to regulate and smooth acne prone skin. The B vitamins and zinc properties in eggs will actually combat zits and regulate your skin to its natural state.

Crack three eggs into the bowl, separating yolk from whites. You will only be applying the egg whites to your face so consider saving the yolk for a recipe.
Whisk together until whites are fully combined and then apply to a clean face. You may want to consider doing this over the sink as this mask can be messy.
Allow whites to dry for up to 20 minutes and then rinse well with soap and water. Because you are dealing with raw eggs, be sure you fully wash and cleanse your face.

3Create an oil absorbing oatmeal mask. The starch in oatmeal is known to remove oil, while at the same time moisturizing the skin.

Combine one cup of regular oatmeal (not steel cut) with 2/3 cup of boiling hot water. Mix well and then allow the oatmeal to cool.
Add ¼ cup of honey to the cooled oatmeal and combine. The honey will act as an antibacterial and moisturizing agent.
Apply to clean skin and allow it to dry for up to 20 minutes. Rinse well with mild soap and warm water.

4Apply a baking soda mask to remove dead skin cells. Dead skin cells are often the culprit to breakouts and a dull complexion.

Mix ½ cup of baking soda with a teaspoon of warm water. You want to create a paste so either reduce or add water depending upon the consistency.
Slater over clean skin and gently rub across the face. Rubbing will stimulate the dead skin to loosen and leave the face.
Rinse with warm water and mild soap after you’ve fully massaged the skin. This mask does not require a certain amount of time on the face. The gentle massage will do the trick for you.

Apply Natural Home Remedies

1Create a tonic using apple cider vinegar. The malic and lactic acids in apple cider vinegar will not only remove oil and bacteria, it will also exfoliate dead skin cells.

Mix one part cider vinegar with one part distilled water. If possible, combine in a bottle that contains a lid you can shake and mix.
Pour on a clean cotton ball and rub all over your face. Apply the cider tonic the same way you would any other facial tonic.
Mask the unpleasant odor of cider vinegar by adding green tea to the mixture. If the smell of cider vinegar makes your toes curl, add something like green tea or any other compound containing essential oils.

2Slap a few raw potato slices on your face to heal acne. Especially if you’ve given in and picked a pimple, placing freshly sliced potatoes on the problem can not only soothe but reduce the possibility of scaring.

Skin and slice one regular, raw potato. Potassium, sulfur, phosphorus, and chloride in the potato will heal sore pimples.
Leave the potato slices on the acne areas for up to 30 minutes. Not only are you healing your pimples, you are also exfoliating and cleaning the area

check these:
Use a face mask.. Face masks contain compounds that soothe your skin and kill bacteria. Using a face mask 2-3 times a week for 15-20 minutes to dry out your skin and clean out your pores. Buy face masks from your local beauty supply or drugstore, or make your own at home.

Use a “mask” of olive oil rubbed on your face. Give your skin a copious coating and allow it to set for 15 minutes. Then rinse off with warm water, making sure to remove all traces of the oil.
Create a blend of cucumbers and oatmeal. The cucumbers help to reduce redness and fight off dark spots while the oatmeal soften and soothes irritated skin. Blend the two together in a food processor until it forms a paste, and then apply it to your skin for 15-20 minutes before washing off with warm water.
Rub a light layer of honey into your skin, and let it sit for 30 minutes. Rinse off with warm water.
Try using egg whites to clean out and close up large pores. Separate the yolks out of one or two eggs, beat the whites a bit, and apply to your face. You should feel your pores tighten up as it dries; let it set until completely dry. Rinse off the egg whites with warm water.

Apply essential oils to active pimples. Some essential oils are thought to have antimicrobial properties, that can kill acne-causing bacteria. Dab a drop on each spot, or wet a cotton swab and wipe it over problem areas. Some popular options include lavender, rosemary, thyme, and sandalwood.

Exfoliate your face. Exfoliants are mild scrubbing products that work to slough off dead skin cells that build up and cause acne. Buy a mild exfoliant at your local drugstore or make your own at home using household ingredients.

Make a paste of baking soda and water (similar to the spot treatment) and gently rub it in a circular motion around your face. This will kill bacteria and remove dead skin cells simultaneously.
If you have sensitive skin, consider using oatmeal as an exfoliant. Mix oatmeal with honey and rub it onto your face for 2-3 minutes, and gently rinse away the residue with warm water.
For very dry skin, use coffee grounds mixed with your regular facial cleanser. Using coarser grounds will give a more abrasive exfoliant, while a fine grind will be more gentle for sensitive skin.

Try tea tree oil. Tea tree oil is an antibacterial agent that can help clear out the microbes clogging your skin. Apply the oil to a cotton swab, and gently touch the swab to any pimples. Avoid using too much tea tree oil — it'll burn your skin, and just make the redness worse.

Try these home remedies:

Baking soda: Baking soda is one of the ingredients which can be found in every kitchen easily. Mix baking soda with some water in a bowl as thick as a paste and apply it over the face as a facial mask. Remove it after 20 minutes and wash your face with lukewarm water or as the dermatologist prescribes as per your skin type. Natural bleaching agents of baking soda will definitely help in speeding the healing, clearing up and reducing of the scars.

Oatmeal: Mix some water with oatmeal ground in a blender from which you will get a thick paste. Apply the paste to the face as a facial mask and let it dry for 15 minutes. Wash it with lukewarm water and pat dry your face with a white clean towel. Natural properties of the oatmeal will help in cleaning up the acne and reduce the scarring.

Organic yogurt: If you are not allergic to milk products then organic yogurt is very gentle and is a must for acne reduction. Apply the yogurt on the acne and let it remain for at least 10 minutes. Lactic acid in the yogurt contains natural alpha hydroxy acids and has milk exfoliating effects which helps the skin rejuvenate and reduce acne scarring.
