You can identify these pet scammers because they will ask you to pay by money order or wire transfer.

NEVER wire funds via Western Union, MoneyGram or any other wire service -- anyone who asks you to do so is a scammer.

I live in Newfoundland and as listed in some of the comments above, she/he claims to have lived here in previous email discussions. This is not so. Now claiming to live in Winnipeg. My last email to them said that my friend will go to their house to view the puppies if they would provide the street address.
I guess that it is safe to say that I will not hear back from them.

Am the one whom does breeding proper and he usually helps me out.
Since he have time both with the Missions and at Home .
When he is through with Parish works helps me at home with the Breeding of these babies.
He went out for a Missionary Works few days ago to Cameroon . He told me 2 days ago , he was short of Funds and if you are to have the baby this week, you could send the payments to him.

The fact that is, i want you to help me send the money to him, so he uses
it as they are Short of Funds. Their Parish Father whom normally signs
Money for them is also on the trip.. Inorder that we could avoid the Double
Transfer of the Funds, pl send the money to him. I mean here that, you sending the Money to me, before i could re-send it.

So we thought it could be preferable you do the payments straight away. to void the Double transfer cost . this woman takes your money and doesnt deliver you a dog. about a year ago i really wanted one so saw she was selling them. she would send you a picture of a little white maltese with a red bell or something around its neck. she would email you back and then says she will send you the dog as soon as you send the money. they are about 600 euros which believe me is nothing for a teacup. i emailed her and she told me to send the money to someone in america. 2 mintues later i got another email from her asking me to send the money to cameroon or something like that to someone TAN. i sent the money and got an email saying the dog had been sent. i waited and waited as she kept emailing me. I tried to track the plane the dog was meant to be "ON" but number 1 it was not a real airline and number 2 you can not ship a baby maltese or any baby puppy alone. i emailed again and when she received all the money never heard from her again.

please believe me beacuse i dont want all you guys to have high hopes because this woman is a SCAM!

I sent money for shipping and after that asking me money for airplane, and I doubted about that and didn't send money for airplane, but no puppy. People in Cameroon, Africa, It's a scam. Some live in Canada and do like that and tell people send money to their relative live in Cameroon.
