Heading to the airport via Kipling station a few weeks ago, I noticed an area on the south side of the upper level opposite the bus loading area that appeared to be an empty trackbed and roughed-in platform.

Ya it was a planners vision for use sometime in the future. Saddly Etobicoke always got forgotten by the rest of Metro and never got the downtown core the local politcians invisioned.
