i knew yvonne very well. she had a beautiful smile. i also knew adam, i thought he was nice, i dont understand why he ould kill her. i love yvonne so much, and i miss her, i wish everyday tht she was her for me to hug. i love her. i hate how everyone is saying that chad killed her. i know chad well too, he could not hurt a fly. he loved yvonne very much.

I live in Dominican Republic and I met this beatiful couple in one of the trips they made to the Punta Cana area, after that we were in touch and my house was like a second home for them. Yvonne was so kind and sweet. She was always helping people. I still can´t believe she's gone. She loved my daughter Nicole. Thank god I could meet her. I will always think of you amiga. Chad is a good man and he loved Yvonne so much. I know for sure he will never hurt her. Hope you are in heaven like you deserve. God bless you Yvonne.

Hello all, My name is Rex and I was a neighbour of the family for some years, back in '84-'86.... I was shocked when Gerwin told me the bad, bad news 2 days ago..... During that time, I had a short relationship with Yvonne for 3-4 months and my thoughts about her were/ still are both 'the beautiful girl next door" as well as a great person who cared for her family and friends... Her mom told me (years ago) that Yvonne had moved to Canada and she also told me that she was as proud as a mother can be! Unfortunatly I've lost all contact with the family but I still have warm feelings for all of you... @ Chad, Dick, Monique and Michel:I'd like to say that I deeply feel sorry for your loss.... I hope you'll come over this tragedy and remember Yvonne as she was in the living years.... I dont know her but I am reading about her on the net in research to an article that says "Wasaga set to rally to end violence against women" Her name is mentioned in the article and i am looking up on if what they say in the article is true, It says they started the walk because of her. However, I do have one thing to comment about this, is that i grew up with Adam since we were both just a couple of years old , and i know for a fact that he would never do any harm to anyone no matter what.
there's no way he did this.

How can you say that Adam did not do this..hello he went to the OPP office in Toronto and turned him self in. Im sorry but if i didnt murder someone then im not going to lie about it and say that i did...obviously if he confessed to commiting the murder of Yvonne he must of done. I agree with the person before me...You obviously did NOT know him as well as you thought you did. Thanks for your time. All my love and hopes to the family of Yvonne i am so sorry for what you have all had to go through Chad is an amazing man and i feel so bad for the things he has went through. Lots of love a Friend.

Adam went to court on Dec 15th. That's when he pled guilty en told the judge what he had done. Somewhere in May he will be sentenced.
