I saw it from Wetaskiwin AB, 50 km south of Edmonton. For me it was in the East, about 10 degrees North of vertical, finishing slightly south of east. I flinched when I saw the sky light up an then the meteor itself. I seemed to go out at about 25 degrees off the horizon.

I live in Lloydminster AB/SK. Around 5:30pm tonight I was sitting in the garage & heard/felt a huge rumbling. The garage & doors were shaking. Heard a huge boom. We checked outside & there were no lights, but others were standing outside too. No body here knows where it may have hit yet.

Our son was driving home from work when the sky light up a bright blue.He and his co-worker said it was so bright they had a hard time looking straight ahead. It then turned into a bright orange ball and had a long trail of smoke following it.It has apparently landed in the Marshall area which is 16 km from the City of LLoydminster.Another son of ours was in his house and the house shook for about 10-15 seconds.

Ken, observing from Mannville, indeed what appeared to us out here. LLoydminster radio stations are taking calls from residents re: heavy rumbling and house shaking in the West Central SK area.

I live in Lloydminster Alberta

I was in my basement with the lights on and saw a bright white/blue beam move across the wall through the window. I went outside to see what it was. I did not hear or feel any rambling, but our stereo was running.

I was driving south from Edmonton on QEII near Ponoka when the whole highway around my vehicle was illuminated. It was so bright that I thought it might be a police helicopter overhead. I looked over my left shoulder (to the east) and saw a huge orange flare like flash heading towards the ground. It broke into pieces and burned out before reaching the surface.

I am sure if there are any pieces left then they fell in Red Deer!!! I was on the high overpass just before "Gasoline Alley" on the QEII going south on my way to Calgary. I saw a flash to my left which I thought must have been lightening, I turned my head and saw a streak of light with a ball of gaseaous fire attached. It apppeared to be no more than 1 km away, it came out of the northern sky. It was very low and since I had such a high vantage point I would say that it definitely landed( if there was anything left) it landed in or around Red Deer!! Very exciting and crazy- its made my day.

WHOA! I was driving 45 minutes north of Lloydminster and saw the sky light up too. I was wondering where the meteor entered and where it landed. A friend of mine told me that his wife saw it in Hudson's Bay.

I live in lloydminster and was at my kitchen window when my whole back yard and kitchen lit up white. It stopped then flashed again. I went outside and saw a trail of smoke in the air, really weird.

I was waiting in my car when the sky started to gradually turn bright blue. It got so bright that it seemed like daylight. Then directly in front of me, about a block away in front of a tree, a small ball of fire was falling, a few sparks and it kinda fizzled out. It left behind it a trial of smoke. At first i thought it was a firecracker, or a flare. I think it was a piece of debris from the meteor burning up. Crazy!

I was eating supper with my family at approximately 5:30pm and saw it. Initially I thought it was firework coming down from across the street a couple hundred feet away. I live in Cold Lake Alberta and it was very bright at first, then came down as if a firework was dimming out quickly. Not sure how far away it was when it landed as we heard nothing.

Saw it near Suffield, AB around 5:25 MST. Pretty sure it landed in the area around Suffield/Ralston, Alberta. Bright green and white light that turned into giant orange fireball before hitting the ground. Gnarly!!! Lasted about 4 seconds from start to finish. I think Tom Cruise has something to do with it!
