Warrant issued for Sean Travis Pineau in Summerside sex assault

Canadian Crime News, Atlantic: Sex Offences Canadian Sex Offences Registry Summerside, P.E.I., Sex Offences Police in Summerside, P.E.I., have issued a Canada-wide warrant for a local man, wanted for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman at knifepoint. Police said 25-year-old Sean Travis Pineau is suspected of assaulting the woman Sunday morning in Summerside. The two know each other. The woman received minor injuries as a result of the assault, and was seen by a doctor and later released. Pineau is believed to be driving a silver Pontiac Sunfire with P.E.I. licence plate NT818 . They suspect Pineau has left the province and have alerted police across North America.

i think you all need to think about what your saying. your all acting ridiculous. he came to alberta and stayed at my house for a while. normal people make mistakes to. he deserves the same sentence that everyone else gets. not shot and pissed on. thats disgraceful that that would even come out of your mouth. and he ran because all of you would run to. he got scared. watch what your saying. family members could see this you know. it would hurt alot if someone said this junk about your family.

I still can't belive what I'm reading. For as long as I have known him he has always been friendly, kind, dependable, a volunteer, hard worker, and seemed harmless. This is totally out of his character and that's what makes it soo hard to believe for those who know him. I hope the female involved is o.k. I wish there was more info that could help piece together what exactly happened here. Yes it is a terrible crime that occured, but there is no need for such comments as "he should be shot and pissed on"...are you kidding me? grow up, clearly your 2 cents worth has no value here. This is a sensitive issue and many people are worried about Sean. Imagine one of your friends going through the same thing, and don't say none of your friends would do somthin like this, because if there is one thing we can learn from this is it could happen to anyone. I know he's scared and doesnt know what to do, but I hope he turns himself in, gets this mess sorted out, and hopefully it will be a learning experience that he can eventually recover from.

i know him he taught our class he was a good teacher he told a lot of ghost stories and seemd verry nice i know his brother and father to the are all nice people but this is hard to beleve

I went to school with Sean and was a part of his social life. For him to do something like this, is yes, a bit scary. However, some of the comments above are offside and you should be embarrassed. Sean will turn himself in and get help.
