Members of the Association of Heroes of the Soviet Union and Heroes of Russia, polar researchers, statesmen, public figures and businessmen have set up a cross at the North Pole. In USA, no crosses are allowed on public land. What a difference Communism makes!

How about closing Buffalo and merging it with Rochester. Who needs all this administration. There is no shortage of priests. We have too many lousy ones. There's only a shortage of good , decent hard working priests.

From this blog it seems that anyone who is not in jail will be better than what we have.
The few good ones left are too scared to make any moves that might bring some peace to this rotten place. Who knows where and in what form revenge lies.

Who need billboards in order to keep the schools open. Provide money and number of students to keep your schools open!

Go and tell him in person on April 14, 2014 at St. John the Baptist Church in Kenmore where he scheduled a meeting with disgruntled priests. The best opportunity for your personal grievances!

Maybe because he's an arse kisser and Michael is hoping for a special chancery appointment. Malone wants Slubecky out and he's trying to find a replacement. I would have thought Parker is much too old for Malone.

Ropelski's anniversary of death is today. May he rest in peace.
BUFFALO, N.Y.(AP)_ A Roman Catholic priest pleaded guilty to buying cocaine but denied through his lawyer that he paid for the drugs with church money.
Monsignor Stanley Ropelski, 62, of Lackawana is to be sentenced on July 13. Prosecutors agreed to recommend probation.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Joe Guerra said Wednesday that Ropelski used an intermediary to buy hundreds of dollars of cocaine at a time, sharing the drugs with young men he befriended.
One of the men told investigators that Ropelski used church money to support his habit. Ropelski's lawyer, Michael Taheri, denied that, and Assistant District Attorney Kevin Dillon said an investigation was inconclusive.
''That money comes in in buckets. There's no way to trace that,'' Dillon said.
Ropelski resigned from St. Michael the Archangel Church in suburban Buffalo in August.
Ropelski admitted buying cocaine in 1987. The Buffalo News quoted law enforcement sources as saying that Ropelski was implicated in many other drug buys over a six-year period ending in 1993.
The year 1993 again appears on this blog. Who was initiating action against improper priests? Was a prosecutor initiating this sweep? What were the consequences for the priests?

Ropelski was re-assigned as a parochial vicar to Peter & Paul in Hamburg. Ropelski probably found the Green Grabber to be ropelsive and no longer was roping young men into cocaine. He died of hepatitis a few years later..

The archbishops of Charleston, Camden, Atlanta, Limburg, etc. had advisory committee kissing their foot and approving the construction of white elephants. Will these lackeys be promoted?

Why does it always have to be a confilct? It's always something destructive. Why constant battle. The Bishop is the Shepherd, pretty soon he will have no sheep. Is that what he really wants? He should stop listening to his advisors and forget the Bishop Head plans. He needs to do a study to see what the great results have been. If it's only about money and not saving souls , just say so and go out on fundraising campaiigns . He could help raise lots of money for everybody because money is not the problem. Faith is the problem.
