Pope Francis completed his first year. Will all the priests follow him faithfully and help the poor by selling their private luxurious properties?

Why in the world certain priests charge more for funerals in the Falls than others? Could you give me an answer, please?

Is St. Francis of Assisi School in Tonawanda registering the student for the next academic year? What is going on there? Did the Bishop reopen that school?

The bishop can start by authorizing the sale of the Oakland mansion.

That residence belongs to the diocese not to the bishop. How many times do you need to hear this? Sell your private property and give to the poor!

St. Joseph's School in the Falls was sold for 12,000 dollars. Is that how much that school is worth which our ancestors erected many years ago?

why don't you call the Bishop and talk to him instead of manipulating all of us on these computer pages.

why don't you goofy sell your computer and stop manipulating people on these pages for the last 7 years? attacking people by name is utterly psychotic and sick! you have no absolute evidence who writes what. you might have more 'enemies' that you know with your 'divine inspiration.'

The Bishop's residence remains the property of the Diocese, not the Bishop himself.

Fr. Micheal from St.Mary's in the Falls was transferred to another parish due to the financial mismanagent. Is his successor going to be able to resolve these problems soon?

"Matrimony is between a man and a woman," he said. But he added that efforts to "regulate diverse situations of cohabitation (are) driven by the need to regulate economic aspects."

This ought to send some off the edge!

“We cannot insist only on issues related to abortion, gay marriage and the use of contraceptive methods. This is not possible. I have not spoken much about these things, and I was reprimanded for that. But when we speak about these issues, we have to talk about them in a context. The teaching of the church, for that matter, is clear and I am a son of the church, but it is not necessary to talk about these issues all the time.”

I did NOT say that the mansion belongs to the bishop. We are calling upon him to authorize its sale. OK, so it technically belongs to the diocese. At any rate, it needs to be sold as it remains an awkward symbol of opulence.

Fr. Michael left a debt of around $400,000. How was it that that kind of financial mismanagement was allowed to happen over a period of several years? Why didn't the diocese step in when such financial improprieties where happening over several years? All Fr. Michael did was blame the deacon for all the financial problems our parish was having. Was Fr. stealing the money to support his alcohol problem or his many vacations or his home? Also, why were there so many families listed as belonging to the parish and now the new pastor lists about half as many. Did all those people leave or did Fr. Michael seriously inflate the numbers to make himself look good? Well Judge Judy, what is the verdict???
