<quoted text>Have you ordered flowers recently? If you have, you would know that they are incredibly expensive. I don't believe a priest could pocket money meant for flowers. It's more likely that the flower collection ran short and they had to contribute to it to pay the bill.

They bill the flowers to the parish. Who knows where the flower$ goes. Maybe the same as the mother's day and Fathers day funds go

Mary of the Magnolia wishes all well as we attempt to find out why there is a benny for a new sound system at STA Church this evening. Did not know it was broke. Maybe it was lifted.

We give to the poor through our service to the community.

In case bloggers haven't heard, the diocese of Helena MT has filed for bankruptcy protection, due to the high volume of sex abuse complaints.

What service are you doing to the community? Giving to the poor, what? A summer hut by the lake? Lexus and Lincoln? Speedboat? What else is there?

Are Rev. Michael Uebler, Rev. Robert Wozniak, and Rev. Eugene Ulrich siding with the people against the Bishop and his decision to close their schools? What is going on? Is Vatican going to be involved in this dispute Every priest promises his obedience to the Bishop on the day of his ordination. What is happening now? Are they obedient or disobedient?

Hey reverend fathers! Pope Francis is asking you to sell your private properties and give money to the poor. How about that? No more Lexus, Lincoln, Speedboat, Summer Villas and Huts, etc.

This dispute would be part of a bona fide legal process within the Catholic Church. There would be nothing wrong with the shepherd supporting his flock. You cannot serve two masters, Service.

The sell off of the Vatican and it's artifacts will help many more poor than the sale of few huts. You have it A$$ backwards..

Nothing that is in the Vatican belongs to the Pope personally. Your summers huts, villas, condominiums, speedboats, expensive cars, give very wrong message to the people at large. Sell it and give to the poor!

Every priest should support its Bishop, and not to do anything that will give a wrong message to the people that some priests are against him, and siding with the people.

White House is not the property of any president but rather it belongs to the country itself. Vatican possessions are not the property of the Pope. They belong to the Church. Bishop's Residence belongs to the Diocese, not to the bishop. Do you understand that? Private homes, huts, villas, condominiums, cars, speedboats, etc. are the personal and private possessions of each priest, and he should sell that and give to the poor and show a good example to the parishioners and the people at large.

The Congregation for the Clergy just promulgated its support for the people of St. Ann's, nullifying the local bishop's reduction of that beautiful church to profane status. Whom should the local priests support? The Congregation of the Clergy, or the local bishop??
