Pit bull owner pleads not guilty after poodle attack
A man whose pit bull killed another dog in St. John's has pleaded not guilty to failing to keep the animal tethered.

The council who has the power and failed to prosecute this irresponsible owner to the full extent of the law can share the blame of this person whose track record reveals he should never own any animal. Next time it could be a child do the same rules apply in favour of the ownner?
