The Chief Engineer here must consult the Chief Engineer of Swiss Rail; what will be discovered is that the braking systems are the wrong way round, the right way round is that with 'no power' the brakes are Full On. Therefore to unbrake or take the brakes off power has to be applied! Further pantographs must be atop all locomotives & cabooses so that electricity may be drawn down when passing under overhead power! Damming the Bay of Fundy
(viz: St Malo) will provide 40-60 GigaWatts to accomplish this.
