Favre is more about filling seats than winning game or the long term good of the team while the Vikings play out 3 "lame duck" seasons in the Metrodome.

Get ready for the L.A. Vikings in 2012.

You make your legacy in the postseason. I would retire Tom Kelly's #10 before I retire Ron Gardenhire's #35. I will take my two world series championships anyday over 6 division titles. In the end, its all about winning championships.
Gardenhire is a solid manager, but he has not won in the postseason. His only postseason series win came in the 2002 ALDS, which was primarily the same team Tom Kelly handed over to Gardenhire following the 2001 season.

So you are saying the Twins should sign him even if his agent's demands are ridiculous?

HES BEEN WAITING A LONG TIME FOR THIS. GOOD TO SEE ATEAM WORK TO IMPROVE THEMSELVES. TO RHINO NO ONE HAS BEEN MORE ABOUT WINNING GAMES THAN BRETT FAVRE.

Daily Horoscope for January 6

Cancer

You could struggle to display your feelings and emotions at the moment. Being so sensitive, the smallest things could hurt your feelings, but no one else is likely to realise since you retreat into your shell at these times. This will not be a conscious decision, and you'll feel frustrated at your inability to explain the hurt you suffer.
