Top court dismisses Pankiw's application

The Supreme Court of Canada has dismissed former MP Jim Pankiw's application to appeal a Federal Court ruling that refused to exempt him from a human rights investigation last year.

Jim Pankiw is a racist. I was and continue to be embarrassed by his comments. The pamphlets he sent while he was an MP were nothing but a waste of paper, and I would have rather voted for the devil himself, than vote for Pankiw. He needs to have the book thrown at him, but then, I suspect that he will go on to spew his garbage to his clients at his practice of chiropractic medicine. Truly an embarrassment for the people of Saskatchewan.
