$1B pipeline project could wrap up by end of 2013
Construction on a more than $1 billion oil pipeline replacement project in Michigan could wrap up by the end of 2013 if the project gets regulatory approval.

The only difference this pipeline can really make is to make the company richer, and we're doing fine right now without it.
