with 11.2 PM2.5 and Windsor, at 10.1,

trailed Sarnia while Canada's biggest city,

Toronto, recorded 7.9 PM2.5 in the air.

The bustling concrete jungle had almost twice as much air pollution as Metro Vancouver.... Comment ?
