Tribal police probing deaths believe incidents not connected

The St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police are investigating two deaths, but haven't yet classified them.

You people did not want border patrol with guns. That was a really stupid move. The tension was probably rising because of the bridge being blocked. Drugs flow freely across that bridge. You are afraid too many will be getting shot because of the drug and smuggling? No one in their right mind would stop the police from carrying guns for their own safety and the pupblics especially on that nutcase island. Stop creating an unreal world and then complaining about your dislike of what reality is around you. You people make me angry and sick and tired of hearing discrimination period! Everyone should complain about the indians discriminating against the white people. Did you know reverse discrimination does exist? Why don't you educate yourself in your own schools! According to that article, the one guy drowned, and the other girl was beaten severely to death.. sounds like we have a serial killer on the rez now.. Her death had absolutely nothing to do with drugs, or the arming of the boarder guards, it was a murder. the reasons for her death were unkown, but it wasn't an accident, she was my friend and a good person, and I hope they catch whomever did this to her. And grow up people, the whole boarder issue was not entirely based on guns, there are a whole slew of problems that have yet to be addressed by the CBSA, like the racial profiling, disrespect towards our culture and an ultimate disregaurd for Mohawk territory...get your facts straight before you decide to view your oh so important insight on the matter...We are Mohawk, we are still here and we are not going anywhere!!
