New tire retreading plant opens in Quebec

St-Augustin-de-Desmaures, Quebec - Pneus Belisle has opened a new, $3.9 million tire retreading plant near Quebec City, its second plant in Canada and the eighth across the country to use Michelin Retread Technologies .
