Some employees who had been transfered to Ontario have been back since December to act as scabs. They so much as bragged about why they were headed to Montreal and even what they would be doing. They are accomplices in a perverse game of " money talks " and they wilfully break the law because it puts loads of tainted money in their pockets and the company has told them "we will shield you with our lawyers and our impenetrable fortress". They have no qualms about lying in an afidavit so that the company can continue to use them even though they know they are scabs. They mustn't forget that once the scabs are gone, the scars won't be gone and that a pendulum always swings back the other way. Now what will revenue Canada and Quebec think about all the gifts..42" tv's etc. I am sure it will all be declared on their Income Tax reports. I know that these agencies are already aware of interesting payment methods. These new reporting criteria for corporations are not easily worked around. What's the expression....full disclosure....Hmmmmmm
