My wife and I have to live off $800 dollars a month. We do not receive free medical, dental and perscriptions. We do not live in a house that is free or low rent.We are not guaranteed an income every month. Our children did not get a free post secondary education. The natives carry on like they are the most hard done by people in the world.I would have liked to have all the considerations in my life that the natives have. The problem is that in Canada non natives are expected to carry their own weight therefore no social safety nets are in place for us.I will, thankfully, be dead soon and that will lessen the burden on my wife.I will die feeling sad that I lived in a country where there is no such thing as equality.

If I put up a blockade to keep the Indians on their reserves in protest for shutting down a main road and wasting everyone's time; I would be jailed. If I uttered threats of "clubbing" a particular politician and leaving him on an ice-flow; I would be jailed. If I voiced a racial comment telling the Indians to go home; I would be dragged through the courts. If I told a reporter I would put her in jail on my land for trying to report the news; I would be charged with unlawful confinement. If I told the government to buy me a new house, pay for my kids to stay in school or to give me everything tax free; they would tell me to take a hike. If I were an Indian; I would not be discriminated against, suffer racial comments or make an honest living and just barely make ends meet. The dumb white folk should launch a civil lawsuit against the government for bringing my people here under false pretense, permitting selective racism despite the charter of rights, and supporting a defective judicial system that is only applied to white man.
