B.C. can benefit from China's expertise: Chinese minister
B.C. has made strides in streamlining trade with its Asia-Pacific corridor program, but can do even more to strengthen infrastructure and expand trade by tapping into the expertise offered by Chinese companies, China's minister of transport said in a Vancouver speech Friday morning.
