God bless you Mike. You will know that your family will be taken care of by the community you chose to live amongst. Our thoughts go out to Carrie and your young daughter. Rest in peace. x

Tradgedy, and my heart goes out to Carrie and lily. Mike was a good guy and nobody deserves to go before their time. I just hope that maybe from now on, people affected by this will realize that alchohol and driving boats is just as bad as any other vehicle. I really hope a lesson is learned. Its just too bad it had to happen.

I don't know what kind of coward you are by not leaving your name so no one knows who you are, or maybe you are smart. I don't know, and I don't care. You were not here or there when anything happened. You don't know the facts or even who he was. Just so you know he was a wonderful husband, father, friend and worker. He enjoyed his life and what he did with it. He didn't deserve this and nor do the rest of us that have to live with this tragedy. And that sir is what it was a tragedy. It was a log and it can be anywhere and pop out of nowhere for anyone. So before you open your beak please think before you speak. I despise you and do not respect or accept your nasty comments. I don't want him thought of anyting other then by a man who would bend over backwards to help someone in need. If you knew him from before then he is neither nor who he used to be, he changed and you didn't know that man. Again you are a coward for not leaving you darn name. If you have nothing nice to say about this kind man then say nothing and leave it and us be.

Carrie is loving wife!!!!!!!!!!

So sorry for your loss Carrie and Lily. Equally sorry there are such ignorant people out there as the anonomous poster that suggested alchohol involvement. WE who knew Mike know darn well he was a loving husband, father and friend and had an unfortunate accident.
Our thoughts are with you. Those of us who knew Mike know he has gone to a beautiful place being that he was such a beautiful person.
Rest In Peace Mike.

Mike was a wonderful doting father and loving husband to one of my very best of friends, Carrie. He was a caring and helpful man who never thought twice to help a friend in need. He worked hard to provide a comfortable home for his family and welcoming environment for friends. Many many friends. Folks like Mike are hard to come by this day in age, and he will be sorely missed - a good guy all around.

Jennifer Lynn Riberdy, you can act like a child for only so long. How many daughters in your family will be separated from their fathers by their mothers.

Daily Horoscope for December 31

Aries

Someone wants to go their own way today and they won't care whose feathers they ruffle in the process. It's a lunar eclipse at the Full Moon in Cancer, so let them get on with it. The last thing you should do now is to hang on to their coat-tails or do anything else that will make them feel restricted. Make it plain that you've got your own fish to fry, thank you very much. And try not to let it stop you enjoying yourself. Have a great night!
