Did you know your new mayor fled Ontario, leaving behind his family. Abadoning his wife of 31 years & his two children that he has not spoken to in 8 years to live with his new bimbo wife. He may have a new persona & friends but his past will always be there. Don't trust a man with no integrity.

What should the people of Parksville know that is relevant about the Mayne's? Was he a politician in Ontario?

I debated with myself whether to post this story or not. I then decided there is no vegence greater than a woman scorned. So here's my story. I was having an affair with Ed while he was married to his first wife. She was also my best friend. For that I am ashamed. What I didn't know was that he was also having an affair with what is now his current wife. Our affair lasted right up until he left his first wife to move in with what is now his wife. He never returned my calls or explained himself. I realize it's not me he owes explanations to, but wanted one any way. They deserve each other & if I were in either of their shoes I would have run away as well. I have often wondered how they could ever trust each other on anything. They have both lied to their employer (Tim Horton's), friends & family. So isn't the internet a wonderful thing. I would encourage any other people who have been damaged by the Mayne's to post.

Sandy you ought to be ashamed of yourself for what you have done to someone who was good to you and also very supportive when needed. You have sat down with our whole family and enjoyed Lindas family meals when the whole time you were having an affair with Ed .In the end you got exactly what you deserve and obviously should take a page out of Lindas book by moving on to one of the greatest guys i have ever met but carma will stop that from happenning to you

Condemn me if you want. I know how wrong it was. This not a defence but I was approached by Ed. I should have been stronger. My life was a mess & I was selfish. I know how good Linda was to me & I have lived with that guilt. I initially blamed myself for breaking up his marriage. Imagine my surprise when I found out there was another affair. My lesson is to never have an affair with a married man again.

Daily Horoscope for December 24

Aries

Christmas Eve finds you happy and eager to get the most out of the day. You're in a rather sentimental mood, so if you've got time you'll relish the chance to watch a favourite film, especially if it means you've got to get out the hankies. A friend's kindness or sensitivity will delight you - and make you wonder how you can reciprocate.
