I support the driver. After many years safely taking the bus to and from work, it became frightening the last few years dealing with students from Pius X High School and Algonquin College in Ottawa. All I wanted was a safe and quiet ride home at the end of the day.

So he didn't follow procedures. I've been following procedures all my life and it hasn't gotten me anywhere!
