Tracing my uncle?

A long shot,I know, but I'm wondering if anyone out there could help me to trace an uncle I'd never met?
He was my mothers older brother,Michael Sage, age 13,who arrived in Ottawa,on board the "Hesperian" in 1915.He was one of the "home children" sent to Canada to hopefully get a better life, than the one he had here,in Liverpool! As much as I know (which isn't much!)he became a farm worker, and maybe ended up with one of his own? He wrote to his mother, once, offering to pay for the rest of his family to join him,but the offer was declined, and he said they would never hear from him, again, and they didn't!
He'll be well gone,by now,but I was always curious about how his life might have turned out,but this is the only info' I've been able to get,up till now!
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
