Call to act amid string of Stittsville arsons
It's almost certain that the only way vandals who are burning houses and slashing tires in Stittsville will be caught is when a resident notices something suspicious and calls 911.

If parents can claim the university tuition of 20 something students on their income tax return, then parents should be responsible financially for their acts. If this arsonist is a 20 something, then mom and dad should be sued for damages. The taxpayers have a right to claim damages.
