A New Edinburgh neighbourhood battered by break-ins might have found a two-wheeled crusader.
The resident didn't want his name published but he agreed to give his account of July 23 - the day he tailed a suspect on bike after catching the stranger leaving a home with a clothes bag filled with loot.

Canada needs to have break and enter laws changed - homeowners should have the right to legally and fatally deal with any burglar. Today many children are latch key kids and families need to know that their home and children are safe. I admire homeowners, tenants, etc. who when faced with a burglar kill him. It is a good deterrent to other punks who think they can do this and actually reduces the crime. Property rights for Canadians please Mr. Speaker. Canada must stop being a nation of wimps always appeasing the criminals and drug dealers, pimps, etc.
