$36M expansion of Arts Court proposed

I don't want my taxmoney going for this - let's see almost 2 million $ for a painted stripe that a child could paint, an aluminum spike for 10 M $ or so. Why not get high school kids to produce the art and let them give it to the gallery for free and give the youth the publicity - maybe it would be helpful for them. Also, no vulgar art descecrating Catholicism in the name of free speech. This is tax $ afterall.
