Why is the US not acting as a world leader ? Why is the US leaving the lead on solar energy to the Germans, the lead on wind energy the Chinese, the lead on CNG vehicles the Argentinians, the lead on biofuels the Brazilians. Don't worry, there will be no country in near future, who will take the lead on oil consumption.
