Surgeon not at fault in breast surgery mix-up, hospital says

has anyone experienced heart issues after chemo?
i finshed chemo 8 rounds of chemo in Sept 2011 and 21 tretaments of radiation, still can't go back to work because I am too weak. still have numbness in feet and joint pain.
