Many Canadian Towns are NOT Just on the Edge but if a Forensic Audit were done by the Federal & Provincial Auditor General's Confirmation Would be that Bankruptcy protection Maybe Necessary to protect Ratepayers already there now vs DEVELOPERS controlling surrounding Newly Re Zoned Urban area Greenfields
