The timing was picture perfect. Cara Lipsett was stoking the wood fireplace while a light snow sprinkled a helping of early holiday magic over her country home sitting high above Lac Noir in the Gatineau... Workers at an Salvation Army store warehouse in Oakville, Ont., found this rocket launcher in their donation bin in May 2009.

That scary 'rocket launcher' in the picture found at the Oakville Salvation Army is actually just the spent fiber-glass tube from a disposable Canadian military anti-tank device and is totally harmless and devoid of any future usability. They are 100% legal to possess seeing as they aren't weapons anymore and in fact you can find them in just about every army surplus store in the country for $30-$40 bucks.

They are about as dangerous as a spent bullet casing. But hey the words 'rocket launcher found' sure do attract readers dont they?
