A red Light camera cash grab sure does sound like an infrastructure priority to me.

How about spending that money on improving the lousy transit system instead of hammering the tax payers wallet with automated fine machines.

..... What needs to be done by governments is one thing, but what is far more difficult to do is convince everybody concerned that everything ought to get paid in full at the time, not in never never land by borrowing more and more.
..... Inflation is relatively low now, but as long as any exists all incomes go up in money terms, and so do prices, and so must taxes.
