I am going to North Bay next week to buy a house and I was wondering about the Laurier Ave area, some say traffic is very busy there, can anyone elaborate on this?
Any info would be great thanks!!

This question was from May 9,2012,so I presume that you have either come and gone- OR - came and realized that this is such a nice small town, that traffic that is heavy,in any part of town will not delay you more than 5 to 10 minutes at the very outside!I came here from Ottawa and traffic not so heavy meant that you were moving But at a snails pace and it would be faster to walk on the Queensway!Heavy-you just sat there-for 15mins,then moved 1/2 car length! NOrth Bay really has no such traffic>WELCOME!!!! Hope that6 you enjoy living here in the beautiful w/o traffic North.
