This only Proove how Haitian street gangs have easy life in quebec. In Haiti they would have confiscated his wealth. In unitedstates they would extradite him to his place of birth. The government of quebec give Haitian gangs carte blanche and an easier life so they kick out Italian mafia, who are considerate too smart.
It's just like puting a young dangerous wild dog in same cage with an aged and sick lion.Montreal is the cage.Let criminals fix other criminals Is the form of justice tested by quebec police .

dog in same ring with a aged sick lion.Haitian gangs are considerate least evil

I dont want to see a new mafia or gang war here in montreal. Last summer I went to l.a. And it seems how the mayor and cops dealed with the gangs in the montreal cops dont have enough experiences to fight agaisnt those them. Im not sympathyzing the italia mafia but I prefere to see them ruling here then the haitian gangsters who are evils and animals.

I'm Haitian ,my parent fled the Duvalier and his Tonton makout militia bandits.

Life was peaceful for the fledgling Haitian community during the 1960-80s.Haitians were educated, hard worker .

Then came the fall of Duvalier ,many tonton makout militia moved to Quebec as refugees.
They rule by the gun in Haiti ,they continue in Montreal .A tonton makout is an analphabet with a gun.Their childrens grow up Americanize with gangster hip pop culture to become worst than their parents.

Montreal police prefer using those bums instead of arresting them all .It's better having the bad guys on their side, helping them fighting other supposed criminals .Giving them a little freedom to do what they want as long they don't cause too much trouble .
