What they fail to mention is that those at risk already have a pre-disposition for psychosis which can be triggered by any number of stimuli. More scare tactics by those who'd have you think "Reefer Madness" was non-fiction.
Scare tactics do not work, only real education and regulation will deter kids from substance use/abuse.
