I have been trying to duplicate the Chicken Croquettes served in the dining room of Carson Pirie Scott on State Street for many years. I was wondering if anyone can help me with my quest. Thanks in advance for any help you can give!

I remember, as a child, going to the Carson's store in downtown Ottawa,IL with my mom and sister and always ordering these for lunch. We recently were talking about how much we enjoyed this meal and wished we knew how to make them. I also would love to know the recipe. What fond memories were sparked from a simple meal!
