B.C. 'honour killing' case to test Canada's extradition laws

Arrests of a man and woman in Maple Ridge, B.C., on Friday in the alleged honour killing twelve years ago in India of Jaswinder Kaur Sidhu, 25, set a 45-day clock ticking on an extradition hearing that will be unusual no matter what the outcome.
